Ok… here is something I am shooting for…
I have 2 ISP’s that i’d like to load balance outbound traffic. Also it must be nat’d. Also, I have a public IP that i’d like to map to an internal address.
Easy you say? Now HA it!
TWO routers using vrrp, for internal default router address and the inbound public ip address and all the above functionality.
I have some of this running, but there are quirks. Like connections to the non-primary router are intermittent.
Any one ever attempt this?? or have pointers?
