Components for RouterBOARD 511 ?

Hello! :smiley:

First of all, i must apologies for my bad English!

Now, I have some RouterBOARD 511s and on all of them the D18 component has fried up, I removed them and every card is
working, but not file transfer via ethernet.. So I want to replace them all with a similar component or the same component as
the original. Where can I find this components?

After some searching on the forum I found that it can be replaced with this: http://specteclogistics.com/docs/88402/smzj.pdf
But same here, where can I find it ?

D18 not affect file transfer via ethernet. Check D2 and U15. Global electronic component supplier is www.digikey.com

Hmm.. I dont know really..

When i try to upload RouterOS upgrades then the router disconnects, when alot of traffic transmits over ethernet then the router disconnects.
I´ve replaced the D18 component from other parts and then it´s working again! What does the D18 component do exactly ?
