Conditionls DNS Forwarding

Hi All,

I have come across a situation were i need to forward DNS requested across to different DNS servers as the tld is a custom one e.g. www.domainname.tld and doesent exstsing in real world DNS, is this possible in RouterOS?

Sadly no, it’s not possible.

Correct, RouterOS still doesn’t support this very useful and very basic feature.

But if you’re desperate, there’s old L7 hack. Not admin friendly, limited in different ways, but often good enough, or at least usable.
