I recently bought a hAP ac lite, but have some problems with some basic configuration issues.
I want to use the hAP ac lite as wireless access point with multiple SSIDs for home and guest network. Both networks are provided via VLAN. The home network has the VLAN ID 100 and the guest network has VLAN ID 200. Both VLANs are provided by a managed switch using a trunk port connecting to ether 1 of the hAP ac lite. I want to implement a separate WLAN access for both VLANs. Furthermore I want to use ether 2 and ether 3 as access port for the home network as well as ether 4 and ether 5 as access port for the guest network. For both networks a DHCP server is already running on the existent router, so the wireless and cable connected clients should get an ip address from there. I would like to give the hAP ac a fixed ip address from the homework 192.168.178.100/24.
Can someone help me with that configuration? Should I start with a default configuration or is it better to delete the default configuration and start with a plain config?
