hi im trying to import a config to my rb 2011. i get an error that “expected end of command”

Looks like formatting error. Paste the config block by block to cli and see where the problem is.
Format and syntax sometimes change between RouterOS Versions.
Try opening up the actual file in notepad.
Then Copy Paste it to Terminal in the new router.
Then you can see where the errors are.
