it is possible to configure device with webfig ( 5.X and above)
earlier i read in forum that there was also possible to configure via browser in version 4.x and lower too

In RouteOS 5.x we cool web-tools http://[Router_IP_address]/cfg/
but in RouteOS 6.x it is gone ((((
