Configuration ether1 -> switch port1 -> RB port1

Where exactly in the configuration is the connection between

1.) ether name=etherA
2.) default-name=etherB
3.) Switchport C
4.) RB box port D

made?

I persently have an RB1100X2 where the connections are hopelessly scrambled.

What shows as name=ether1 is really default-name=7 but ends up as physical etherport = 10 on the box.

I can /int set x name=1 and it will set something to 1, but what is it? I can plug a wire into physical etherport = 1 and see which
shows up as R in the /int print display and then set that to name=ether1, but then all the IP’s assigned earlier to ether1 remain assigned to
the wrong physical etherport, namely 10.

This mess resulted from uploading a config from an RB1100 to the RB1100X2, but even then the config from the RB1100 was hoplessly
convoluted with name=ether1, default-name=ether7 etc. But at least it worked.

I would love to be able to simply correct the rsc file from the RB1100 and make it work on the RB1100X2 instead
of having to go manually reenter the whole thing again, its long and painful.
