This is my first post in the MT forums, so please bear with me if I didn’t follow all guidelines.
I have used a CRS125-24G-1S-RM Cloud Router Switch to setup IPsec over L2TP VPN and everything is working fine.
My problem is with iOS devices not giving you the option to save the password on their latest versions. Based on this, the customer has asked me to find a way to create a configuration file that will include all VPN details, including the username & password (I do realize that this is not a secure practice) and import it onto the iPhone.
Now, I don’t even know if this is possible since I have never owned an iOS device myself. Firstly, can I even export the config to a file (especially including the username/password) and secondly can the iPhone 6/iOS import that file?
PS: I don’t mind switching from IPsec/L2TP to OpenVPN if necessary.
