Configuration help please (I have 90% of it)

Ok first. If this is covered in another thread Im sorry! I have looked till my eyes have crossed. So if it is just kick me to it.

Here is my setup

Rural WISP application

At the office, I have my t1’s

at the tower location I have
Two RB333 each with two wireless cards:

I have three sector antennas and one backhaul!!

RB1:
Wlan1 - Antenna pointing a 0 deg = channel 1
Waln2 - Antenna pointing at 120deg = channel 4
Ether1 – 4 port hub port 1

RB2:
Wlan1 - Antenna pointing at 240deg = channel 7
Wlan2 -Antenna backhaul = channel 10
Ether1 – 4port hub port 2

Ok now here is what I have.
I can connect to ant 0 via CPE and go out ether1 (works)
I can connect to ant 120 via CPE and go out ethr1 (Works)
I can connect to ant 240 via CPE and go out Wlan1 backhaul (works)

What don’t work is: connections coming into RB1 wlan1 and wlan2, go out RB1 Ether1 through hub, come in RB2 ether1, go out RB2 wlan1 backhaul..

This is all still in the office right now because I cant get it working.

If I have made this all just as clear as mud and someone can help me it would be great!!

What is your IP scheme?

Routed or bridged?
