configuration multiple public IP address

i have 5 ip public from isp
and i put these ip on DVRs “Digital Video Recorder” and configuration beside network using at Adsl Router
“Secondary IP Address” and “Multi-NAT function ( IP address mapping for multiple IP servers)”
it working outside and inside network

now i using routerboard rb951ui-2hnd how can configuration DVR working with my existing network

Is there a reason you aren’t putting your modem into bridge mode?

because my isp work only PPPoE

Can put the modem in bridge and use the Mikrotik to do the PPPoE connection.
