Hi, I started playing around with networking not so long ago and now I need advise on the way forward.
I’m using Ubiquiti equipment to supply my neighbour with internet. My Asus router connected via Lan from POE supply and is configured to 192.168.1.10 . My gateway is 192.168.1.1 . I have created a bridge between my Powerbeam (AP) with 192.168.1.20 connected via Lan to my router, and the Litebeam (station) with 192.168.1.160 that’s 100m away. The connection is working well but now my other neighbours also want to connect to my network. I got hold of a mikrotik routerboard 750 that i wanna use to create a server with the PPPoE function that allows me to create users and control bandwith.
I have no idea where to plug the routerboard in or how to complete the configuration. So far i could only manage to setup the client list and bandwith profiles on the routerboard. Please help…
