configure internet on mikrotik routerOS. Help !!!

Hello !
I have routerOS 2.9.50. I want configure it for bandwidth control.
I don’t attached the AP. I will do it on ethernet 3. Is correct ?

On ethernet 1 I put the modem adsl with *** IP public ***
On ethernet 2 the hub from the local network

I create a dhcp - arp list - spool and firewall for ether2
and another for ether1 !?!?

The local network (ether2) is OK but don’t out in internet.

Please help me to configure the modem on ether1

Welcome to the forum!

Maybe you should try to add a masquerade rule for your local network users, this will allow them to use their local-IP and surf the web.
