Configure L2TP/IPSec to connect to VPN server (L2TP/Ipsec)

Hello everyone,
I am using Mikrotik for the first time.
Please help me with configure L2TP-client on mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD.
I have VPN server in head office WAN IP: 10.230.13.86 and LAN IP: 192.168.100.1
VPN network IP is: 192.168.22.0/24

I want to connect to the head office local network from another office with mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD
The WAN IP of the mikrotik is: 10.102.13.78 and LAN IP: 192.168.88.1
