configure link speed swos

hi

i have configured link speed on the connected device to 5gbps, and it shows up as 5gbps

but why do i not have all the speeds available when i try to configure the speed from the switch side?
would think i could select 100mb,1g,2.5g,5g,10g

it’s a copper sfp original from Mikrotik
link is flapping on 10gb, with 2m cat6 cable.

switch: CRS309-1G-8S+
swos: 2.13

It’s only showing speeds up to 1G, are you sure the module supports more than 1G? What’s the model of the module?
