Configure Link x Port

I have a RB750Gr3 with two PPPoE links.

On the WAN1 port I have a 30Mbits internet link and on the WAN2 a 4Mbits link that I use only for the No-IP service (ports 2001 e 16001).

How can I configure so that only the traffic from ports 2001 and 16001 is performed by WAN2 (4Mbits) and that all other traffic from the other ports is performed by WAN1 (30Mbits)?
