Configurin dual 802.11b/g/n NIC's

I have tried searching for an answer to this, so if there is one already, please excuse me.

Is it possible to take 2 802.11b/g/n NIC’s in a single Routerboard and either bond them or use one for RX and the other for TX using a single SSID? I would like to increase my throughput via wireless. I know the Nstreme is for PtP connections, so that will not work, right?

Thanks so much.

I don’t think that’s possible, however, would be handy.

The problem would be on the client side. If both radios on the AP used the same channel, you’d have all sorts of interference problems. If they used a different channel, it would require the client to listen on one channel and tx on the other… Realistically, you’d need two radios on both sides.

Would be nice, would also be expensive.
