Configuring DDNS on back end router. How?

Hi,
Could you please tell me, how to configure DDNS on the back end router.

I have two routers, one load balancer and second hotspot. I’ve already configured DDNS on load balancer but now I want to set-it up on hotspot. Could you please tell me how do I bypass DDNS for hotspot through load balancer to ISP2.

Diagram has been uploaded, which describe it in more detail.

Have you tried this script? I am not sure if it works but I do know that dnsomatic works and it can update a bunch of different ddns providers.

Sorry, I’m a newbie. Could you please explain it in more detail, such as what scrip should i add to load balancer and hotspot?
