Hello, I would like to buy this Mikrotik device LHG-R. I search online and I am confused with the information that says without Lte Modem. I would like to connect to a 4G LTE provider on band 20(800).
Can you please confirm that the attached device (picture of the back of the device) will work ?
Can it connect to a 4G provider and receive and internet ?

The built-in modem, R11e-LTE, does support LTE band 20.
Just a word of wisdom: LHG has pretty poor antenna gain for lower frequencies (below 1GHz) (source: LHG-LTE brochure). So if signal strength of your chosen MNO is not good, then don’t expect stelar performance.
