Conflicting modes provided in URI and parameter

Hello friends,

this message: Couldn’t start task: Conflicting modes provided in URI and parameter; It is appearing frequently on my routerboard, I have version 7.14.3 installed, does anyone know what it refers to?

what is your script? please attach it

in my case on ROS 7.14.3 Removing the mode solved the problem, and now I can use the fetch tool in my script.
