Connect SXT to 802.11-N Network

Hi

Where can I get a manual to help me configure the SXT CPE ?

I need to connect it to a standard 802.11 N network (non Mikrotik AP) how do it get this done ?

Ok I got it connected but only at 40mb/sec and I can not see any ips’ on the otherside of the link.
