Connect telephone Mikrotik hAP ac

Hello,
I have the new routerboard mikrotik hAP ac, with 5 gigabit Ethernet ports and 1 port SFP. My idea is to replace the router fibre Orange for the new Mikrotik.
The Phones of my house connect the router orange, you could connect somehow a phone the router Mikrotik?

I’d like to know that. The structure I have is as follows:

Street conection fiber --------> ONT (orange fiber)------> router Orange livebox 2.1 -----> mikrotik hAP ac

Although the orange router has RJ11 input, and the Mikrotik is RJ45, is there any compatible phone?

Could you replace the orange router and directly connect the fiber to the Mikrotik?
