connect to remote AP

Hi, I am having issues connecting to a remote AP via the 5ghz bridge. Can someone tell me if it is possible to connect to the 2.4ghz ap from another 2.4 ghz ap … if so how can I do this.

Use WDS feature, if you want to establish link between two access points .

Sergejs,

I can only access one unit at the moment …If I turn on WDS on one of them will it see the other unit ? I currently cant see the remote AP for some unknow reason

Mark,

set correct WDS settings and correct wireless interfaces settings (two interface mode=ap-bridge,etc.).
set correct settings to ‘/interface bridge’.
set correct IP address settings.
