Connect to TWO Available Wireless Network?

I’ve done this and got it working: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Connect_to_an_Available_Wireless_Network
I’m using hAplite router.
currently, it looks like this:

WAN–lte–>POCKETWIFI–wifi–>HAPLITE–speed/bandwidth limited lan–>PC__________
|_________
_________________________________±-----speed/bandwidth limited wifi–>SMARTPHONE

now the problem is: I have another pocket-wifi and want that to be utilized too, how can it be done?
I want it to look like this

WAN1–lte–>POCKETWIFI1–wifi----------+__________________________________________
|_______
WAN2–lte–>POCKETWIFI2–wifi–>HAPLITE–speed/bandwidth limited lan–>PC__________
|_______
___________________________________±-----speed/bandwidth limited wifi–>SMARTPHONE

(ignore underscores)
if possible, I want WAN1 & WAN2 consume equal amount of data to avoid reaching the daily data cap of 800mb both WANs

thank you in advance!

up, updated the improvised chart

You can do ECMP or some kind of load balancing using PCC, check Wiki for these keywords

are those methods can be applied to one WLAN and one VWLAN?
or HAPLITE can connect to two APs simultaneously?
sorry for the questions coz I just bought my HAPLITE days ago
