connect to vpn but do not lose connection with personal internet to navigate

Hello good afternoon, I searched a lot everywhere but I could not find a solution to this doubt, I tell you, I have a vpn configured on my computer mikrotik, this vpn assigned a vlan to have everything clear, all connect without problem , now what I want to do is the following, that they connect to the vpn, they can reach the servers and computers, but they do not navigate using the vpn link but they navigate using the connection they are using when they connect to the vpn (Is it understood?) Has someone configured something like that in mikrotik?

You haven’t stated which VPN protocol you are using. In general, the trick is not to replace the default route at the VPN clients and push there only routes necessary to access the subnets accessible via the VPN channel. If you place here an export of your VPN-related configuration and replace usernames, passwords and public addresses in it by some useless ones to maintain security, you may get some more specific advice.
