Connect via USB

Hello everybody,

is there a way to connect a PC via USB to a Mikrotik-Router? Something like this:

PC ---USB-Cable--- Mikrotik --- Internet

I wonder if Routerboards with USB support this or do i have to use an external USB-to-LAN adaptor?
Does anyone have experiences?

You cannot directly connect via USB.

You can use a ‘USB to LAN adapter’, which isn’t really that - it is just another NIC to the computer.
