Connecting to the Router from a different subnet

As the title suggests,

I want to connect to the router in winbox from another subnet.
I also require being able to use usermanager.

I have a private network setup on one subnet (10.0.0.0) with one DHCP server
And a hotspot setup on another subnet off the same DSL connection (192.168.88.0) with a second DHCP server

So i need to connect to the router on 192.168.88.1 from 10.0.0.7 for both winbox and usermanager

Hi.

I have 3 subnets from my single RB450G, taking satellilte internet!

What is your hard ware? How are you currently running two subnets, that way we can see how to join them.

My RB450G is set up like;

ether1=Public
ether2=10.200.1.1/24
=10.200.20.1/24
=10.200.30.1/24
ether3-5 set master port = ether2.

I have NAT and Masquarde set on the subnets, and .1 on all subnets is the gateway / router for that subnet.
