so in my network I’m going to need 4 100gb uplinks, however there are no 4+ port 100gb switches available rn (having more than 4 qsfp28 ports), so my plan is to use a CRS518-16XS-2XQ-RM and use 2x qsfp28 ports + 8x sfp28(via a qsfp28 to 4x sfp28 dac) ports as uplink and connect this switch to another by using the other 8x sfp28 ports.(again via a qsfp28 to 4x sfp28 dac).

now my only concern is that “can a CRS518-16XS-2XQ-RM efficiently aggregate 4x sfp28 ports into a qsfp28”?
or overall does this wiring makes sense to you?
note:
I want my two servers to be able talk at 200gb with each other, and the rest of the network be able to talk to servers at 200gb (obviously not at the same time).
budget is not that high + rn mikrotik 100gb switches are only 100gb switches available here so I am quite limited options wise.
