Connecting two networks over a wireless link

Yet another newbie here.

Up to now I could find my way around my routers (all mikrotik of course) but now I have a more special case and probably need
more special advice:

I link a pic of my setup: I have an office network (192.168.89.0/24) and a home one (192.168.88.0/24) and I have setup
a nanostation2 pair to connect the two.

Both nanostations have static IPs (192.168.88.201-202) and they are setup correctly.

The problem now is to setup my office router (an RB2011UAS @ 192.168.89.1) to handle traffic from the home network so
I can see both networks from both locations and access eg my office computer from home by connecting to its ip.

Here is the pic:

The red line is what I want to do

Any insights on how to route the traffic are more than welcome!

You have not indicated whether the RB2011 has an address on 192.168.88.0/24. If it does it should already be able to connect to 192.168.88.0/24. On the reverse path, the RB750G needs to be given a route to 192.168.89.0/24 via the RB2011.

The office router is on 192.168.89 (not 88). I could change though the ip of the rb2011 to 88
If that would help. I suppose that I would then had to assign it an ip different than
192.168.88.1 as it would conflict with the home router. Would just assign it 192.168.88.2 work?

Would the 2 ISPs conflict in any way with each other?

Thank you again for your reply

You show the nanostation on 88.202 connected to the office router - what IP does the office router have on that interface?

hmm, thats the newbie in me speaking: I just plugged it in one of the 100mbps ports (no 7).
should i give it a specific IP?

remember. it is not that it isn’t working. The schematic is my setup so far and I don’t know how to proceed

It needs to have an address on 192.168.88.0/24 at which point if your link is up the office router will be able to ping devices on that network. You then need a route from the RB750 to the 89 subnet via the RB2011’s address on the 88 subnet. While this method will work (having the wireless link on one of the subnets) another approach is to give the link network its own subnet and enter routes on the router at both ends.

I suggest that you have a close look at the following Wiki material to ensure that your existing configurations are secure:
