Connections in Winbox (IP, Firewall, Connections), you can filter the view of active connections, and pleased to see more options have appeared in this over new versions, but still doesn’t include Address Lists which would really help me.
I want to filter out a list of known Destination IPs, now doing up to 10 is possible manually with 10 rows, but beyond that is getting excessive, if it could use an Address List on one row that would be a big help.
Also, the Winbox filter option in general on many sections, I’ve not found a good explanation of, perhaps someone can point out/post a doc link that explains it well, seems no wildcards work in “contains” options, and doesn’t like separators for multiple entries, e.g. 192.168.1.1,192.168.1.2 not to mention the lack of an OR, as multiple rows are AND conditions.
There is a Comment option interestingly, I thought this might help, but not sure what comment this refers to, is it a comment on the IP in an address list? Or is it a comment from a firewall rule, which (nat, mangle?, must it be a logging rule?), there isn’t Comment in the list of viewable columns to see it.
Also, as the only option is “Contains” or “Contains not” which as yet I’ve not worked out if any wildcards work, if I don’t put the exact same value it won’t match.
