considering load balancing load of each ISP, is it possible?

mikrotik has a way of balancing load with 2 different isp charges

examples

wan1 (30 Mb) --------->
!
! -------> Mikroik ------> Client
wan2 (15 Mb) --------->

WAN2 If this 90% of its cargo and the 50% WAN1 to send traffic to WAN1, do not send one to each wan connection as it does with pcc, this would be the similar to what you do with eigrp cisco.
The overhead of a wan is producce several clients make great downloads and agree to the Internet the same output.

You’d still want to use PCC. You don’t have to use PCC with just two rules for two ISPs. Extend it to three rules, but mark with the connection mark for ISP1 on the first two. That way ISP1 gets twice as many connections as ISP2, perfectly balancing 2:1.
