what is the parameter to connect RB 133/133c through console port.i tried to connect with the following setting baud rate 115200,data bits 8,parity none,stop bits 1,flow control none but hyper terminal made no response.

Try to disable hardware flow control, test different baud-rates 9600.
Are there any action for the LEDs, when you are switching on the board ?
