hello,
we have this now the 2nd time that we can not access a router via ssh, terminal (in winbox) or serial console. the only way we where able to get this resolved was a reboot. this happened 2 times on a x86 router with ROS 5.20 and also on a RB1100AHx2 ROS 5.22. on the x86 device also winbox keeps failing which was also mentioned before. we used to be able to just stop the winbox service via ssh login and start it again but that’s no option now any more since even the access via ssh, telnet or console fails.
i have emailed support about this but so far the issue has been entirely ignored, no ticket number no reply… i would consider ssh or console access the MOST important thing on a networking device. i hope this can be fixed !!
