Constant loop with RB564 solved?

Is the problem described here

with RB564 already solved? I could not find any information in the Changelog until 3.0RC3

3.0rc3 version has fix for RB564, as it does not work in previous version.
If you will ahve any problems with the daughterboard, contact support department with problem description.
