The consultants list consists of people for hire. If you want free support from your supplier, use the suppliers contact page, not the consultant list. The list contains contact information specifically for premium support.

I see that you have not even explained the issue correctly. Make a new thread, not post in somebody else’s question. Make proper description, not just “not working”. If you want help, you need to make a clear description of your problem, and include configuration. Make a new topic !
