I use MT for hotspots and I deploy these hotspots for corporate clients. Sometimes the clients request that their network content policies (porn, violence, etc) be applied to the hotspots so their patrons are not offended by other web surfers. Bandwidth to the backhaul is a precious commodity in these deployments, so HTTP proxying through the remote corporate firewall is not preferred.
Ideally I would like to periodically FTP a blacklist of barred websites to the MT hotspots and have MT perform blacklisting locally. Does anyone know if this can be done with MT? How would you go about implementing this solution?
