Contrack won't turn off in 6.19

I have contrack disabled, or set to no, but it is still tracking multiple connections that are not going to or from the router. And also don’t have anything to do with PPPoE on this head end MT.

This in turn is holding on to connections that should be closing I believe and messing up some of our monitoring. In either case, why won’t it turn off, and is this fixed in 6.20??

Update:
The monitoring issue isn’t related. That was an unknown configuration error that just happened to pop up at the same time.

I would still like to know why contrack won’t turn off. We do use PPPoE on this router, and I understand the mangle rules are there for that. Is this the reason why probably??
