I have 17 netbridge (osbridge) 2n-15 AP’s connected to a mikrotik rb493AH
Mikrotik is configured as hotspot.load balancing is enabled.Everything works perfect.
DHCP Configuration is
20.20.1.2-***/255.255.248.0
To control these access I installed Osbridge RMS to a Ubuntu 64 bit SERVER.This server is installed on vmware ESXi.
it is configured to get ip from DHCP and that port is connected to my backbone and ubuntu is getting ip from mikrotik.
20.20.1.68…It can ping google…etc…Apache mysql works fine.
My Access Points are configured as 20.20.1.100-116 /255.255.248.0
From my laptop (connected to hotspot network) I can connect web interface and configure OR I can ping these Access Points.
But from ubuntu I cannot ping these AP s.Ubuntu’s mac address is in the ip binding bypassed list of mikrotik.
But from my laptop I can ping these AP s.Laptop is a hotspot client.Connected by cable to backbone.gettin IP address 20.20.1.13 from dhcp
My Problem is : I cannot add AP 's to Osbridge RMS.I add but (I think because it is not pinging) it doesnt respond.
