Copying The Dude config off an RB493AH with a full flash

Hi guys,

I have a client who needs to move their Dude config off an RB that doesnt have any space free on it, and on to a Windows machine.
When I connect to The Dude server on the RB, I get an out of space message when trying to export it.

The other issue with the RB being out of space is that we cannot pull a backup from it, which makes me a bit nervous.

Any help is appreciated.

Matt.

Do you have microSD card?

Attach MicroSD card to router, format it by /store format-disk. Copy Dude store from system disk to MicroSD.
Try to get backup.

Thank-you for the response and sorry for my late response. The model of RouterBoard we have doesn’t have a slot for an MicroSD.
Is it possible to TFTP the data? (I’m not even sure where its stored or the filenames).

Cheers,

Matt

If it is RouterBOARD 493AH, microsd slot is on backside of a router.
Store does not support TFTP copy.

I’ve just pulled one of our spares from the case and it doesn’t have the MicroSD like in the online spec sheet, despite it saying that its a 493AH with 680Mhz CPU and 128Mb RAM.

So there is no other way to retrieve The Dude configuration off this RB?

If there is no MicroSD slot then it is not possible.
