core router ccr 1016 12g port issues

Hi,

I have a core router ccr 1016 12g and recently noticed that two ports coming from the power box have fried and two other port are not working well.
Recently I noticed that port 2 which is my WAN poart stops giving traffic and I can’t access the core router until after I reboot.

Whats the cause of this?

What do you mean by “ports is fried”? Do device are damaged by overvoltage?
