RB woud have to handle: -
PPPoE max 200 conections with user-manager
Firewall
QoS
logging users activities (for starters on SD 16gig disk , to bad there is no RB product with sata disk possibility )
No more then 50-60 Mbits of trafic form WAN to bridge network!
Basically I woud like to do evrything with one box, no extra servers and devices at least for now !

you not wrote what speeds will be assigned to clients.
With my experience 1100AHx2 will not handle 200 users with shaping. it crashes when load reaches 50mbit/s
You should look to CCR.

16 core model should be sufficient ? I whant to get good thing but at the same time be careful with my budget .
A router for 200 PPOE-Sessions is a central component. You should plan enough Budget for it.
So go with the bigger CCR as it is cheap anyway. If you have to argue get the pricing for a juniper/cisco.
