Could not connect to 00:42:0C:XX:XX(port 20561) - timed out!

PS this is aproblem on RBos 5.7.. maybe 5.xx
Trying to setup and connect to a RB711.

I have done the following:
Added a bridge1
added ether1 and wlan1 to the bridge1 port’s.
Added ip address is on bridge1 192.168.88.4

Connects with wiinbox.exe easy to ip adress 192.168.88.4 with winbox.
But cannot connect to the mac-address on the RB711.
The bridge got same mac as the ether1, and have setting anotherone.
I can only connect with winbox.exe(latest)to ip not MAC…
Gets this message Could not connect to 00:42:0C:XX:XX(port 20561) - timed out!
But… this works on RBos4.17.. And even when upgrade the 4.17 to 5.7,
but seems it happens when i run / reset system-configuration on 5.7.
It adds NAT and filter rules, which i removed..

NB! But when removing ether1 as a port on bridge1 it works nice..
Need to make this work when ether1 and wlan1 is bridged.

Assign a different admin MAC to the bridge.

On a side note, why are you masking out MAC addresses? It’s not like it’s sensitive information.

I can not connect with mac remotely. I shows message " could not connect to 00:0C:42:70:1B:00 (port 20561) timed out.

The same problem here!
I try to connect to a RB SXT 5HnD using winbox (the last and a older version) on Windows 8 and I get the ERROR: could not connect to “Mac adrress” (port 20561)!
The RB OS version is an older one 5.5!
Even via Browser it is not possible to connect on it!
If I cant connect it is also not possible to update!

However I want to connect for obtaining the configuration Details to set another one die the bridge.
