could not determine local IP adress

Hee hee,

I have a probleme connectingto the internet.
My router log says the following:

PPPoE intializing
PPPoE dialing
PPPoE authenticated
PPPoE terminated - could not determine local IP adress

So i geuss the problem is with my ip adress?:stuck_out_tongue:

My Ipv4 setting are as followed:

IP-Adress: 192.168.88.20
Subnetmasker: 255.255.255.0
StandardGateway: 192.168.88.2


DNS server 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

I think the problem has top be somewhere here?
I am a beginner whne it comes to router config. so it also possible that the problem is somewhere totaly different haha:D

Sounds more like the PPPoE client couldn’t determine the local IP address to be used by the PPPoE session - i.e. the address it expected to be supplied by the PPPoE server.

If i look at my PPP setting i can the following in mij PPPoE client:

Local adress: 84.80.151.66
Remote adress: 195.190.242.10

Is that the problem??
But i cant change that…

Any id how to fix that..
