Could not request plugin index

I have a problem with winbox: I got an error during connection: “Could not request plugin index”. What I can do?

Upgrade RouterOS and re-download winbox from the router http://ipaddress/winbox/winbox.exe (v5.9 probably)

I am also having exactly the same problem. I work for an ISP and we have lots of Mikrotik routers deployed. Isn’t there another solution to this?
