Could some one hellp me configure my Mikrotik box??

Hello, I am triying to do a basic thing with the Mikrotik box:

ADSL---->GATEWAY CACHE SERVER---->(SENDS DHCP 172.16.0.X)---->MIKROTIK BOX---->(SENDS DHCP)—>PC


How do I configure the router to do this?? I have tried and folowed some examples, and the Mikrotik box recibies DHCP fine, and it can give ip’s to my pc in DHCP as well, but.. I dont’ have Internet access, what could be wrong??

I just whant the router to do this for now so I can take on from that and start experimenting with this wonderfull box (I call it the Pandora Box of the internet)

The Details of my ip setting are the following

The gateway is a clarckonnect server in Gateway mode, recibes Interent in DHCP mode and this gateway sends internet in DHCP in the range of 172.16.0.X the default gateway is 172.16.0.1 the subnet mask is 255.255.0.0

then I connected the Mikroutic box (ether1 to the gateway ether2 to my pc).

then I loaded up the winbox program to access the Mikrotik box… THEN WHAT???

What’s next???

Could anyone give me a hint?? :question:

Are you able to access Internet from MikroTik box directly ?
If Internet is accessible from MikroTik box, you need to add masquerade rule to the MikroTik box, that will allow access to Internet from multiple PC behind MikroTik.
If Internet is unnacessbile from MikroTik box, you need to check gateway cache server configuration, make sure that NAT is enabled and check other settings.

No, I can’t acces internet directly from mikrotik box with a cross over cable, in any case, I am going to purchase the memory module licence 6 and I will pay support over the phone, But… Bellive me any hellp or comments are invaluable to me.
