Couldn't add new Switch rule - vlan-id, vlan-priority...

Hi!
I have a problem witch configure RB2011UiAS-IN.
When i configure Switch, i have that message in cli “failure: vlan-id, vlan-priority, new-vlan-id not supported for this switch”
How i can solve the problem?
