couldn't connect RB 450G via SSH/Winbox/Web

Hello… forum,

Newbie here need a guidance… now i can’t access remote my routerboard from my internal network all service 22/23/80 but i still can browsing and send email from internal network to outside.

Hardware : Routerboard 450G
Os client : windows 7

Network layout

ISP ---- Mikrotik ----- LAN ( 192.168.0.1)

yesterday i am adding new ip for DMZ ( 10.0.0.1 ) maybe this was my fault ? so i can’t use that services ?

There something that i can do to restore my fault ? hardware reset to backup configuration or serial console ? Sorry, since i can’t access my routerboard i can’t give detail configuration about routing and firewall.

Try to connect to ethernet ports other than ether1 using MAC address Winbox: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Winbox

now i can connect to routerboard with winbox, as you said earlier i am connect from internal network with mac address.
