couldnt connect to the router

Hi dear
after i reset the router board i cant connect to the router( i use winbox)
the error is :
Error:could not create file .

please help me to resolve it.

Hello, try to reinstall RouterOS via NetInstall : http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall

Try to connect over mac protocol before you go for netinstall.

i don’t have any problem with router board OS and i can coronet by another PC , just my PC cant connect to router
i try with IP and Mac , but i have same issue.

i change my router board but i steel have this issue.

Do you have any firewall rule that can black incoming trafic from your IP to the router?

Maybe, try to change your local IP and try again

yes i have firewall
i have Kasper end point
and i stop this service and i can connect to router board
