Couldn't remove simple queue - not permitted

I was trying to remove a simple que manually, and I get a error “couldn’t remove simple queue - not permitted”

I was removing the simple que which was generated automatically when a pptp user or hospot trail user log’s in.

On my RB750GR3 i was easily able to remove the simple ques, same way, but on my new RB5009 i cannot remove.

Please help me with guidance. Thanks.

I have the same problem too. Is it a bug or something?

Dynamic elements are not meant to be removed. Leave it there.

I have to manually remove the simple queue because a user from hotspot cannot login

In my case, it says “Can’t remove dynamic object”

I guess this is a bug. When user logout, the queues did not removed automatically.

I have a similar problem, every few hours a number of dynamic queues become red and invalid and Mikrotik cannot clear them.
And it makes users unable to connect again.
I use CHR 7.6.
please guide me

And it makes users unable to connect again.

And I have to reboot the router to fix the problem After restarting the router, they connect without any problem
I use x86 7.9.2

For dynamic elements, remove the element that caused the dynamic creation.
Eg Hotspot active or Host entry, DHCP leases with limits, “Kid control” with rate limits
Those queue creating limitations can be defined in User Manager (user-profile-limitations) if Hotspot and/or DHCP work with RADIUS.
