Hi
Today we have saw an unusual CPU load on our main ccr1072 router. Usually it was 1-10% at peak, but today it was over 90% with no obvious reasons.
Going to tool>profile shows that all processing took 10% in total except for queues which consume almost 10-80% of cpu.
ROS version is 6.44.6.
what’s the issue ??
Well your first issue of course is running ancient RouterOS in production. First fix that!
But likely it will not solve the other issue, that will require further research.
Which version u recommend to have ??
Usual sugestion is to go with latest version from “long-term” channel, currently that’s 6.47.10.
That is right, and it would be advised to read about updating RouterOS, firmware, how to use partitions, backup of configuration (how/where), etc.
now its normal. but i have not upgraded ,what can be the reason ??
