Hi,
I’m using OS version 3.28 on IBMX335 server sometimes its cpu usage is going to 30-60% at this point i’m not able to login to the router remotely and after sometime CPU usage becomes normal(2-4%). Can any one tell me whether it is the problem with the server or Mikrotik OS or anyhting else.

60% CPU load certainly is not responsible for the login problems. Even at 100% it won’t cause such reaction. The problem could be elsewhere. If not sure, try to make supout.rif file when this happens.
Normis- that is ofcourse unless you are running ROS 3.30 on an RB112 with two radios both running nstream 
then 100% CPU can make all kinds of bad things happen, not least of all being unable to login.
